You will be supporting the growth and development of an international amyloidosis database of patients that we hope will eventually identify the magnitude of the disease. Once we have a reasonably good estimate of the quantity and distribution of patients, perhaps this will encourage doctors & pharmaceuticals to research the disease or physicians & health care institutions to practice medicine in this area.

Our registration process is completely secure and confidential.

3. Will my information remain private?
